One of the men that came and picked up my furniture was very rough and arrogant, when I pointed something out to him he just shrugged his shoulders and didnt care.

One of the glass doors on my unit was broken, my wooden dinning table is scratched as is my big wooden coffee table. The coffee table also has dents in it.

My exercise machine has a broken cover on the joint on the left hand side and it has had something very heavy sat on it, there are deep gouges on the front and back of it. 

Apart from that the rest of the men that did the packing, removal and delivered it back were really pleasant.

Our move from rural Australia to New Zealand was made so easy. From the original quote and pick up in Australia, through customs in New Zealand into storage and then delivery in Napier - it was all made so easy for us.  Communication in both countries was excellent and both the administration and delivery teams were a delight to deal with.  Would not hesitate to recommend and use Conroys again.

The service we had from three young guys was fantastic. Nothing was a problem. They were happy in their work and were careful in what they did.

Delivery was good and all in great condition. Even delivered on 31 of December. 

We felt that your service in all area`s was very very good, took alot of the stress out of 

our moving etc,we have in fact used you twice with in the last year or so and the staff on the truck`s are

also very good, friendly and very helpful, i feel that if you continue like this your company will continue to

do ok
