Couldn't Fault Service
Wonderful crew. Found a very expensive watch that had been accidentally placed in trash. Cheerful and thorough communication. Couldn't fault service.
Efficient, Helpful and Friendly
The removal staff have been brilliant. Wanaka - Christchurch, Oamaru - Christchurch pick ups, plus two drop offs in Christchurch. Different staff each time, which I couldn't fault. All very efficient, helpful and friendly. The main guy who organized Wanaka pick up was excellent with all the advice re: containers etc.

A Delight to Deal With
Every member of the Conroy team from initial consultation and quotations to the delivery men were a delight to deal with. I will definitely use Conroy Removals for my future relocations.
I appreciated their assistance in navigating government paperwork during the export and import of my motor vehicle.

Impressed with Team Culture
Matt and Sandra were a couple of characters. They got the job done and to be honest, I was quite impressed with Conroy's team culture - breaks adhered to, good banter, both seemed pretty happy.

Lynn kept me updated from start to end and the delivery team was super effective too.
We had someone come out and price our move, estimate the space needed to transport the contents. This was massively under what was required. This lead to having to leave behind quite a lot of our possessions. Along with having to leave things behind, we had to pay to have them removed. The lads packing were great and looked to have done a very good job, however a few items have been damaged in transit.
I found the communication poor and confusing, we would be told something by one person and something different from another person.
The two men who came to my property to transport furniture to a retirement Centre were very professional, preparing with care every item to be transported. They communicated well and their manner was friendly and polite. I was very pleased with my experience with Conroy Removal. I have used their services before and would again should it be necessary.
