Guys we're really friendly and fast at packing and unpacking our furniture thanks so much
Guys were friendly and helpful but were 1 hour late. It was a bit frustrating as I had taken time off work to be there.

Excellent Service
It was excellent service and timely, punctual pick up by the men. They were polite and professional and flexible re later drop off time for van.
It was a pleasure to use them, a seamless experience and well handled by Cal, Karl and Porirua team on the day, as well as good back-office support by Luke who first did the quote in 2024, so continuity of service was very good indeed.
The two-person team was lovely, friendly, and efficient; however, we have noticed a few extra dings on our stainless steel fridge-freezer since its delivery, and the TV was handled in a way that left huge marks all over the screen. We weren't expecting our goods to be handled so roughly.
Efficient
Wrapping and removal were done in a timely manner by friendly and helpful staff. Some minor damage was sustained by several items (noticed during unpacking), but I guess not too unexpected.
Delivery was similarly timely, efficient and friendly. Thank you.
