I apprecaite the way your team were able to manage the changing destination of my load locally (due to house sale falling on same day as removal). The men were helpful, calm and polite.

Unfortunately the guys did not wrap my headboard which is new with a linen cover, They got a smudge of oil/grease on the front facing top which I am not sure if I am able to remove. It tarnished the good work.

We were kept informed at every stage. Our items were delivered by two very friendly workers that unloaded everything where we required them. Overall I feel we had a first class service. Thank you to everyone involved.

Everyone in the Conroy team was easy to deal with and helped us to our end goal. We needed to have our household contents stored and delivered to our new house. This all worked as discussed and was a low stress event on both sides.

We did have a furniture item damaged in the pack and not advised to us at the time. This could have been handled much better. I like that they recycle boxes and packaging, and pick up promptly. But they do need a system for labeling as 4-5 descriptions/room destinations on a box was not helpful at times.

Good pricing, effective, and worked as planned.

The guys arrived at the time we were told, they were polite and happy in their work. Great job!
