Overall a pleasant experience, however we have three major breakages so far, still more boxes to check. Each of the three items had legs. One desk, one table and one chair. Each item had a leg broken off. Insufficient care taken to support the legs for travel. This is a common occurrence with packers as our earlier shift (3 years ago) from a different company had the same problem.

We arranged pick up at 8am on the day of removal in Napier as we needed to vacate the house. The furnitutre removal truck (a container) arrived at 11am after being diverted from another job. The delivery the next day in Gisborne was hurried with our furtniture mostly just dumped on the garage floor before the Conroy team left. We later found that our new fridge had been damaged and there were marks on our bedroom drawers. I am not impressed with the pick up or the delivery and would not recommend using Conroy's again. I employ staff from around NZ and we pay for furniture removals for staff to relocate. I will not use Conroy's in future.

Amazing service from Conroy's. Transporting my household goods from Napier to Waiheke Island with every care taken. Great communication beforehand and throughout, taking the stress right out of my hands.

Truck drivers and packers friendly, courteous and polite, making the whole operation seem like easy peasy. Same on delivery, amazing team.

Not forgetting Brooke in the Napier office who took care of organising everything so efficiently. And to Nathan who visited to assess my load for the original quote. Pure efficiency by everyone and a huge special thank you to each one of you moving me to Waiheke at such a reasonable cost.

I would like to thank Conroy for the excellent customer service provided from beginning to end. When I first contacted the company and requested a quote, a team member promptly called me back and scheduled a visit to make an assessment of our belongings and the building (none of the other three companies we contacted did that). 

On the day of the move, the two team members did a great job. They were fast and efficient, as we needed them to be. After that, we just had to organise a date for the delivery in Christchurch as we didn't know the date we would be able to move into our new home. As soon as we knew, we were able to contact Conroy and arrange the delivery. The Christchurch team was very flexible to accomodate our needs.They were also very efficient unloading our belongings. 

In summary, Conroy did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend its services. Thank you all for the great customer service experience.
