Both crews of removal guys at Rotorua and Wellington were lovely. Helpful, kind, friendly and good at their jobs. They all seemed to like each other, get on well, were very cheerful, and turned up on time!Only issue was the delivery date - it was advised that it could be delivered earlier as per my request. I changed my work schedule to suit and then two days before it was changed back to the original. Why promise what you know you can't deliver?One of my chairs was demaged but the delivery crew took it away to be fixed, and it was returned to me as good as new within a few days. 

Many thanks to Conroy movers. They are not only polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with, but they also went the extra mile, helping me with the little things I wasn't able to do, eg removing both TVs off their wall brackets, packaging them well, and detaching the washing machine. This is our second time using them, and we would definitely recommend them.

The staff that delivered our goods were very helpful and efficient. I was also happy with the constant feedback I received, updating me leading up to the actual delivery.

Barry and Leanne were amazing. The easiest move I've ever had. Very impressed with Barry's expertise at navigating a tricky entrance way and managing to get the truck right up to the house. 10/10! Everything arrived safely, nothing was broken. Great job guys.

I was nervous about getting a company to handle my possessions. I treat my property with care and I expect the same from anyone handling my things. I didn't need to worry. Conroys staff were generally careful and efficient in my moving process. I did witness a couple of woopsies. A guy with a piece of furniture over his head tried to walk out of the room and the furniture hit the top of the doorway. At the end of loading the trucks, the last things to go in were my plants and their moving blankets. One of the guys put the blankets on top of one of my plants. As a result it is bruised and looking very sad. Hopefully it will recover. Both of these situations could have been avoided with a little bit of thought. However, I told the guys about my antique 'mint condition' dining suite and they wrapped it very well. As a result it has arrived at my new place in mint condition! I am extremely happy! Thanks guys!

Also an observation. Some of my smaller things were packed in bigger boxes with other small things to make the process easier for the movers and fill the truck more efficiently. Fair enough! However, as a result there are many things I am having trouble locating because the boxes are not labelled. This may be just one of those difficulties about moving however if there is a solution I know I would appreciate it and I'm sure other customers would too.
