Arrived late for pickup. Had to leave them to load belongings without my supervision. Pull my mother's dressing table apart.

Arrived late again for drop off. Two men doing job good. Took 15 minutes to reverse huge van up drive. A third player arrived, not in uniform but taking phone calls for Conroy. He just wasted time non-stop talking to working men. Came to stop several times. He didn't do much but what he did do was of no help, just ended up being told time was running out so everything was just unload and boxes everywhere. Couldn't get into kitchen. This third man was rude. I asked him to at least connect washing machine and he said he didn't have glasses, tossed cords at me and told me to do it.

I have had hand surgery and not meant to use hand. I spent all my time trying to move stuff to make room. So couldn't be in two places if at truck saying which room to put stuff, then go inside and it's everywhere.

The young man was wonderful and as helpful as he could be. The van was impractical. It didn't have a lift at back so they had to really just lower and drop things like fridge.

The worst moving experience I've ever had and I've moved a lot. First time with Conroy and last.

Lots of broken bits and pieces. Very little care taken with my belongings.

First time using movers. Very happy customer. The team were accommodating. I was weary of not having my lounge suite fit due to a narrow entrance but they were very helpful, placing everything where needed. Good communication and efficient service. Much appreciated. Thank you. 

Arrived on time. Worked steadily and cheerfully even though the weather was damp. Great team. Thank you.
