We were informed by the removers that four cartons were not accounted for, but knowing everything was packed we are not concerned at this stage, but would like confirmation that this was noted.

Big Jack, although young, is experienced and communicative. He and Chep,.who came later, made a good team..
Packing boys were great. Unpacking by different crew not so good. I box droped resulting in broken items. 3 pieces of furniture dinged!..
Exceptional
Antoine and the crew were exceptional. They worked efficiently and there was a great mood both when picking up and then delivering our household load. There was an expected delay with banks,settlement, keys etc and communication was also very good. It makes a huge difference on what is always a stressful day for everyone. We have used Conroys twice now and have been very happy both times.
Conroys have exceeded our expectations for transporting our items from Thames NZ to Colyton NSW Australia.
From the first contact requesting a quote to the time out items were delivered, we have been kept in the loop to know where we were in the process.
We received the items way before we expected and the delivery gentleman were wonderful.
If we can give a huge thank you to the whole team and an extra thank you to Shikha (admin) & Kelly (uplifted items) for being so professional and helpful.
