Everyone I dealt with was great and I would especially like to thank the two guys who moved my stuff in last Wednesday. They were absolutely wonderful !
I wanted to let you know my daughters mattress was teared at the top and the foam is showing. Is this something covered by the insurence policy I paid for? It was by the handle.
The moving people were great, I would have one suggestion got the wellington team to ask permission beofre smoking on the front deck around childre.
The team in Riwaka were thoughtful and asked before they did.
Otherwise I think the crowd are great and would reccommend them again and use them for our next move! Thank you so much

Easy an efficient always got a reply when emailing questions.
Arrived early and got the job done. efficent and well mannered. A good service. Would use again.
here was some items that was not delivered yesterday, as per the picking list signed by my wife, can you please confirm by send me a copy of said slip
Also there are 3 items so far that has been damaged:
1. Wood and concrete shelving
2. Book shelves
3. Mirror
Please advise on how this will be resolved
Please also note that the truck damaged a water meter and concrete infill on the neighbours side of the road. Please advise how you would like to proceed in this matter to get it fixed. Will you send out someone to assess the damage and get it fixed? Please see attached photo
We are very disappointed in the service of yesterday. They only arrived after 10am, then took their break at 11 am and only returned just before 1pm.
Which did not leave them with enough time to offload the items with care and remove all the packages that could have been removed. We will assess the total damage as we unpack the items.
They did not even have the basic tools to do the limited assembly of items.
We will advise as soon as all has been unpacked for pick up of the cartons and bubble/paper.
We await your urgent feedback

I was very upset at the haphazard way my contents were packed. There was no rhyme or reason to the way that sets were broken down and put into
different boxes. Sometimes it took days before I could get a set of something so I could give it a home. One box had a lot of broken china and glass.
Outstanding - happy go lucky attitude is much appreciated!
We have completed the YES / No questions with No just because we are not sure .... having now unpacked about half of our cartons of carefully packed items, we are very disappointed to find numerous items broken and some of these significantly so eg a George Forman toasted sandwich maker broken in half. The guys loading and unloading were great to deal with but sadly it seems they were not as careful as we had thought them to be.
