I initially requested an online estimate from 3 movers. Conroys was the only one to respond. From that point to the end, Conroys customer service was great. Nothing was broken or damaged. Thank you Conroys!!
Efficient and careful
It was a pleasure to have Conroys move us. The team were punctual, efficient and careful. They were also fun to work with!
We had a mixed experience with our shift. Larger furniture only, and in storage for 8 weeks. The team who picked it up, and delivered it to our new address were all pleasant and worked at a steady pace. However, some items sustained damage; minor scratches, bumps, bruises, and the hutch dresser had been dragged over a hard surface, causing significant scraping along the bottom edge. Disappointing considering we take care of our furniture.
Insurance, whether it be Conroys, or your own, is all very well, but you shouldn't have to be made to deal with it because of someone else's carelessness.

Haven't actually had my delivery to Australia yet. Found out from the Australian team once it was packed and sent that we needed to pay additional gst and customs clearance due to our belongings having been in storage. This question was never asked when we booked, not a massive cost but would have been good to know up front.

A great company
A great company. The packers were A1. Wrapped all our possesions very carefully. There were three packers. Nothing was broken or damaged.
Conroys you sure know how to pack and protect our goods. Delivered to Qld and eventually delivered back. Thank you Conroys.
