Upon unpacking it was clear that not a lot of care was taken with sorting into boxes and no/little care was taken with wrapping up some glass ware and other breakable items. Some important papers were scrunched up after just been thrown in to a random box. The guys were friendly but just not enough care was taken, the bed head was broken (not protected in any wrapping) and the guy was looking for screws to fix it instead of telling us. Admin and coms were great just the execution.

Outstanding job
I had regular communication throughout from them. They were organised and efficient and handled everything with suitable respect. Despite a very full truck, they did an outstanding job of stacking the storage unit and amazingly managed to get absolutely everything
Delivery went smoothly
Great packing by Gracie and Renee. Just a little mix up on delivery date as someone changed it from 29 th Nov to 2 nd Dec. but Michael sorted it out. Delivery went smoothly. Just waiting to get the packaging paper and empty boxes taken away.

From start to end their service was great
We recently used Conroy to move our furniture from NZ to Australia with no issues (first time using a moving company). We chose Conroy's based on previous reviews and their fair price. From start to end their service was great, they kept in touch throughout the process updating us along the way. Packing was efficient and professional with no damaged items, door to door service was fantastic and well managed, and they happily assisted with any questions we and concerns we had.
