Every person I talked with from Conroy was lovely and easy to work with. However, it felt impossible to get information through to the people who needed to receive vital info. My moving enquiry was initially forgotten about, and I later had to repeatedly contact the team to get any information about when the furniture would be dropped off, by which point I already had responsibilities that conflicted with the drop off time.
I did my best to communicate that access to the drop off location would be very awkward, but when the movers showed up it was clear this information hadn't gotten through to them at all. All in all, the moving process was more fraught and stressful than it needed to be, and I'd hesitate to recommend Conroy to anyone who is busy trying to manage work/other inflexible responsibilities alongside moving.

Poor communication is an understatement. Items left our house , we had no contact to advise the status of anything until after a month and that's only because I followed up and yet it hadn't apparently left the country, when I was told if we needed it to reach by mid Jan, we needed to send it on a particular date, which we did. Surprise surprise, two months now and it has not yet arrived! The removal service was badly organised, my husband was a partial mover and yet again we were not able to get in touch with the coordinator, as I said poor communication is an understatement! We've received a feedback form but our items have not arrived, how are we expected to give you feedback for a service that is not complete! Will definitely not be using this service again. Potentially the only good thing was correspondence with an Aus agent when we had a query but NZ, Sheesh!

Felt very unorganised. Household goods was delivered to wrong address, which I clearly sent numerous emails to change address. Only two guys came to packup the house and five on uplift. Very rough and in a hurry of uplifting goods. Certain boxes weren't labelled and the TV wasn't labelled RIGHT WAY UP so when we unpacked the box the TV was upside down and didn't work due to it being upside down. It damaged the motherboard and wasn't fixable. wasn't impressed as it was a $3,000 Smart TV. Just be aware if using their services to make sure every box is labelled with the correct products. And the uplifting is done to standard!!

Service started great, great communication, the boys who loaded our gear were lovely and friendly. Once our belongs left everything went downhill, no communication, our belongs were taken to the wrong place, once they were found. Not happy at all. However the boys that delivered our belongs were lovely and friendly. Sorry won't be recommending to anyone.
