Overall the experience was very good. It is quite stressful not knowing the time you will come until the day before. Also, I probably couldn't recommend to others because there was a small amount of damage. Largely due to a single mover trying to move items that were too large (ie a queen bed base) or too heavy (ie a fridge) for one person, and so they ended up hitting a wall, and deck edge. It was much more controlled when two movers took this type of item.
Absolute Legends
Our team for the packing were Justin and Tim and unpacking were Antoine and Tim. Absolute legends:) Excellent initial phone service and admin and the quotes guy was a real character. We felt looked after by real people who care.

Jo was first point of contact and made us very relaxed with our major shift and storage options as it will be stored for eight months. Thank you Jo. Brian and Rob did the wrapping, they were very efficient and thorough, great job guys. Lee and Dan did the loading under very trying circumstances, 100mm of rain was recorded while loading and no furniture got wet. The communication from all the admin staff has been great. This made our moving experience stress free. Thank you Conroy's.

The movers were very quick and efficient. It took an hour overall to move, which was very impressive! Both the movers were extremely friendly and careful with my belongings. Customer service was very lovely. Overall, great communication, efficiency, and care - would definitely recommend!

From the very first call to make an enquiry, the ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. I was informed on every stage of my move - from the day of the packing in Brisbane to the delivery in Invercargill NZ.
Great Team
First stage of moving, pack out into container. Great team, good focused young guys and team leader. Next phase of storage and delivery to happen in four months time.

Great experience. Really good communications. Everything moved simply, quickly, and carefully by a really experienced, thoughtful, and considerate team, who were flexible around our needs and timing. Thank you!
The ball was dropped on multuple levels
1. Was to be contacted according to communicatuon 2 days before didnt happen till day before.
2. Service was paid for 4 days before yet following day received a reminder payment was required.
3. Rang a number of times just got answer phone
4. Rang operation day before moving day. Had arranged with sales rep 12.oopm pick up and holding overnight till settlement the next day but this was not connunicated abd operarions wanted to pick up at 8.00am Received a call from operarion on Thurs 15th Jan they were short staffed and would be arriving more 1 to 1 30pm not 12 00pm actually arrival time was 2 .45 pm. I left clear instructions twice they had to back up the driveway this was not relayed to the driver Dave.
5 The loading crew Dave, Paul and Jet were pleasent and very careful with loading, but very slow. 3.00pm till 7 45pm obviously end job of a long day. I stress they were extremely careful of moving property out and in to new premises. So happy with the loading and unloading.
