Easy process from quoting to getting the necessary paperwork done for the move to NZ. The team who picked up and packed everything were amazing and delivery on the other side in NZ was easy. Communication throughout the whole process was top notch. 

Good service. Reasonably priced. 

Couple of points of feedback.

1. Bombarded by emails, I was emailed multiple times a day to fill out a form at the start. 

2. Stickers stuck to furniture, damages it, difficult to take off. 

Brilliant cheerful and capable women packers! Great can do attitude from all the staff.

The moving crews were very good. Very friendly and helpful. Our driver (Zach?) worked hard non stop. He spent the first two hours at the delivery address unloading on his own in the rain, while waiting for labourers to assist (who arrived very late). Lack of communication stopped this from being a 5-star. The office and admin staff let the onsite crews down. We were advised dispatch would call to confirm delivery time the next day. They didn't. I followed up with our customer service consultant via phone (unanswered x 2) and via email (x 2 attempts) which wasn't answered until the next day an hour after the truck arrived. Driver wasn't initially supplied any labourers and when I called to complain that he was on his own and had been unloading on his own for 60 minutes, it was quite obvious that my call was a hassle. Your service promoted that a dedicated customer service person would keep in communication. Sadly it didn't happen, which let down the team who were out doing the hard yards on site. One comment on packing. One small breakage, which wasn't a big issue, but do onions (yes onions) in the pantry and all the empty Tupperware need to be individually wrapped with 4 or 5 sheets of paper?  They definitely arrived undamaged but seemed a waste of resources. Happy to be contacted if anything needs to be clarified.
