Great Service
Great service from beginning to end.
First Rate
During our recent move we were both thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the journey. The communication right from our initial contact has been first rate. The three men involved in our move were all professional, highly-skilled and ensured that we were more than satisfied with where the furniture and belongings were placed. In summary they took real pride in the tasks they were given to undertake.
We would both highly recommend Conroy's to anyone who is on the move and we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged.

Professional Staff
Communication very good. When handing over between countries smooth and we were kept updated throughout. No hidden costs. Informative and professional staff - admin through to packers.

Service was beyond great from the first time I rang them, to when my boxes were dropped off.

The overall service was great. However there were a few issues that I would suggest taking a look at
- Communication between packing/unpacking teams: During unpacking the team didn't seem to know what parts were dismantled by the packing team and we had to tell them what to rebuild. There was a bit of an irritation regarding this, as if it was not planned in their schedule.
- Handling of fragile items: All items seem to have arrived in working order, but there were boxes with arrows indicating which way up and they were not carried correctly. Also the packing and unpacking of the TV was not handled with enough care. I think just overall more respect for the items would be appreciated.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience so much better.

The Conroy's team was excellent in moving me from Auckland to Tauranga, all for a very competitive price. Would recommend!
