We had a very easy experience. Abbin was communicative and the US partner was equally helpful and responsive. You were quick to locate and deliver a few missing items from our delivery in Auckland and I thought your pricing was fair. Everyone I interacted wtih was pleasant and professional.
It would have been nice if my credit was applied automatically for subsequent cleaning and storage charges vs. me having to loop Abbin in each time an invoice was presented. It's very minor, but since you asked.

I have used Conroy's many times and their service and care has been great. However on the last move from Auckland to Australia the process has been shambolic, the packing crew had no regard for our property (paid for a full uplift and numerous fragile items were not wrapped), the quote for the move was completely inaccurate (double counting items, using a previous booking reference and itinerary and forgetting the address given) and on receipt the split delivery we paid for wasn't labelled so we had to sort through boxes to sort out their destination. It is so disappointing as every move previously with Conroy's has been brilliant.
Excellent Experience
Besides a tiny communications hiccup regarding the exact dates 2 vs.3 days a very smooth move. Very efficient packers and a couple of great loading/unloading crews over two days and a Saturday move day. Excellent experience.
Amazing From Start to Finish
Amazing from start to finish. Clear communication from the team on what time to expect the truck on the morning of the move. Polite, hardworking staff on the day. Placement of furniture was no issue into each room.

Great Customer Service
Very prompt assistance and booking and great customer service. Move was carried out fuss free and despite only being a small job, they didn't question it and rates were very reasonable.
Highly Recommend
Conroy Removals made the shipping from Europe to New Zealand easy. They were in full communication (assigned me an agent), told me where things were every step of the way (once the items were in their jurisdiction), worked with me when there was a change of plans and even helped me coordinate a second (interisland) move. Never once did anyone say "that's not us" or "we can't help you". If they couldn't answer straight away, they called me back when they had an answer. This was all over Christmas too! The blokes doing the physical lifting were extremely efficient and nice, carefully (but quickly!) wrapping all my furniture so there was no damage. On the other end, they moved it all to where it needed to go, so my only job was to unwrap! I would definately use them and highly recommend them to anyone needing to move house/furniture.

Great service and communication. Keeping me up to date with progress was excellent, everything arrived in good condition and the delivery to our house was on time and the guys were very helpful.

Booked Conroy Removals late in the year for a January cross-country move and they were outstanding. Super responsive, excellent communication, and very flexible with last-minute changes. The admin side was seamless, and the two movers were fast, friendly, and efficient. Delivery in Auckland was just as smooth. Can’t rate these guys highly enough!
