Really good process from the initial contact right through to delivery and unloading. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and efficient. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you.

My only issue is that I had to supply details of what I was sending. I could not estimate the size so when removalists arrived and viewed what I had to send it caused a bit of a problem. Instead of Conroy's assumption that I had 1 cubic meter in actual fact I had 5.something. With last move I made a representative of that company came to house to establish size. I think Conroy's may need to look at this method for people who have no clue. Otherwise the constant updates with Conroy's NZ and Conroy's Australia has been amazing and yes if I was to move again, I would use this company. This actually was the second time of using this company.  The packers that I had were a great friendly group of people. Thank you Conroy's I received my belongings yesterday.

Extremely poor packing. Conroy removalist packed my heavy duty rubber gym mats by folding them in quarters and squashed them into boxes. On arrival 13 of 20 mats were split on half or quarters, completely unusable. I was not satisfied with the settlement Conroys continued to offer which left me out of pocket to replace these mats. Would have packed them myself if I knew they'd be packed so poorly. Never again.
