The two guys were friendly, efficient and helpful. Definitely great service with smiles. All round 5-star service.

We had never used movers before, prefering to do it ourselves as this was a cheaper option. After using Conroy's we will never move without them again.They were amazing, very helpful and were able to get furniture into rooms we thought was impossible. On the whole, they took all the stress out of the move. 

Professional attitude. Got it done really quickly. Good craic as well.

The guys that helped us move were great and friendly and it was an easy process. I reckon the bill was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Your internal communication/timing needs to improve. I specifically requested an early pick up time (approx 8am) from the Taupo location on Monday but one of your staff members called me from your Napier location on Saturday to say they'd be arriving around 10.30 - 11.00am on Monday. I told him that was simply not going to work for us since we had a fixed schedule to vacate our property around lunchtime and had to get to Waverley the same afternoon to pick up keys for the new place etc.

That placed your ops team in a real bind but your staff member did a great job to change things and get his crew to us in Taupo early Monday as originally requested.

The two guys that did the job for us were great and we're very pleased with the end result!
