Paid for export wrap on some items, which were blanket wrapped. Feel a refund on this aspect should be granted, also overall charge was expensive as the two men started at 8 am and finished at 1 pm, therefore feel a refund on the overall charge seems a fair compromise.
"not experianced staff"
I was under the impression the swing lift was both ends for the garage container but this woud have added an exra $1,100.00. communication not clear, Using work force people for loading and unloading when I thought I was using a professional service was not very good. Both ends the workers stated they had not done this before, they were nice but not experianced staff
"especially repectfully"
The young men Quentin and Raukawa were very friendly, helpful and especially repectfully towards my elderly parents and their possessions of being in the house for over 53 years.

"personal service"
Only pickup so far, goods are in storage ,All OK apart from damage to the barge board on our house.But personally contacted by a Conroy re this was great.,personal service.Other gripe was that after arising at 5 am to meet the truck at 8.00pm,it appeared at 1pm but with extra staff to help,This delay was communicated to me but was extremely difficult to contact the person at Conroys to find out when the truck would actually be there.
Quote and booking process was smooth. Christchurch end was very good, 2 guys both friendly loaded the furniture with care. Palmerston North end was not so great, one guy on his own meant we had to carry most of the furniture to the house ourselves, just lucky my sons where there at the time, i don't think it is good practice to expect one guy to be unloading heavy couches etc on his own, health and safety wise, it's no wonder he had the personality of a dead fish. Overall though the goods arrived in good order and customer service was helpful when I called to check etd, some sort of online tracking would be an improvement for the future.
