Moving was good overall, they also transported our car. Which was pretty seamless. The truck was scheduled to arrive at 2 but didn't arrive till 5. Considering it was coming all the way from the South Island I believe that was pretty reasonable. In my past experience with another company my furniture was 2 days late. Everything was packed well, nothing broken, just a leak in one box and a wheel missing off a heater. The guys unloading were fast and friendly. Penny at the Christchurch office was always prompt with my questions.

The packers were excellent. The moving team was good particularly for organising the transport of the safe which was very heavy and awkward. However the additional worker employed for the day was pretty hopeless, having no idea what to do, leaving muddy footprints all over the carpets and dropping a speaker which could have cost megabucks to replace, but fortunately turned out to be OK.

Can't believe the movers broke a part on my fridge/freezer.  The part they broke they put in the fridge, so at least we found it but needs replacing (if possible).  To us that was just careless and of course didn't even advise us.  

We also found the Movers turned up late, and during packing the truck, they had to go back to depot for another truck which was unfortunately in Porirua.  So they left us at 2pm and said they would be back by 4pm.  Which they were not.  Eventually they arrived back at 5pm, but this really held us up.

Also the packing was not good.  Some boxes weren't even labelled, other's we could not read what was on the box, and others were okay
