I have used you guys in the past and was very satisfied.  This time not so much.  I was originally told by your head office the truck would turn up pre 12pm so a flight was booked for 4.45. When I rang Chch they told me the truck would in fact be turning up between 3 and 5. They managed to change their timetable which was great.

No one told us that it would take up to 7 days for the truck to arrive in Wellington. When I completed the original quote request I entered a delivery date of ether 11 or 12/02. The quote acceptance email never mentioned the 7 days period and we only found out when the removal guys were questioned.

The removal guys were great but it appears the communications between your quote office and the depot has some issues.
