From go-to-whoa your service was great. I'd like to mention Nathan Forlong and Caroline Watt especially. Great service from these guys. Nathan was efficient when doing the visit & quote. Quick, friendly and we had the quote within a few hours. We got three quotes, Conroys was the most competitive. Email correspondence was easy to read, direct, no waffle. We weren't hassarassed at all and on the day of moving everything went very smoothly. Truck arrived on time, as expected. A couple of minor things broken but nothing major so no issues from our end. Thanks very much for the great service.

"I really blieve a bonus is in order"
well an amazing experience yet again. I have had Conroy Removals several times and have never had any concerns. Everyone fromt he Christchurch team to Napier team - thank you so much. Now I really blieve a bonus is in order for them all. They all went the extra mile, nothing was too much for them.

Customer service , communication, admin etc was outstanding , crews very pleasant and truck driver excellent ,however the fact that few packed boxes had info on them as to what was in them is a huge problem as we are renting and not unpacking the boxes which we now will have to do .there is lots of writing on the used boxes but nothing crossed out. This is an area which could be improved easily and I hope for future clients it is implemented .We would use Conroys every time in the future as communication and reliablity is excellent.Thankyou Conroys
