It was a very quick service relocating items from Napier to Wellington. The goods arrived within a day, and this was excellent, as we had been expecting them to be there within three days.
The movers carried the furniture up a lot of steps in a tight space without complaint and this was much appreciated because the items were heavy and quite difficult to carry.

Sue was fantastic and very helpful. Our furniture arrived safely, however pick up time and communication re delivery could be improved, then we would happily recommend Conroys to others.

The Conroy team was responsive, courteous and very easy to deal with. Apart from a glitch which meant the last few items loaded on the truck in Hamilton were mysteriously left behind in South Auckland, my move to Gisborne was worry-free and the missing items were returned to me undamaged 2 weeks later.

Arrived exactly when you said you would. Got loaded really quickly and safely and then unloaded just as well. No fuss, just great service.

What a great team, both in Christchurch and Waikanae. Ewen Lang was very helpful and thorough and was super-efficient. The teams loading up the truck were a breeze to work with, with great sense of humour. The guys unpacking were likewise - unflappable, courteous and so good at their job. They handled the transfer of my grand piano and upright with care and attention. I highly recommend the firm.

Steve and Ben (removalists) were great, slightly late but when they arrived they were very professional. They were friendly, efficient and resourceful. Izabela and Caroline were great to deal with in arranging the booking. All round top job.

In regards to picking up our stuff and storing it Conroy's were great. We were also appreciative that they allowed us to come in and sort some stuff out while it was in storage. Amanda in the office was great but when she wasn't there we found the service less efficient. On the day we were expecting our stuff delivered back to us, I rang many times and there was no answer. I was trying to establish what time to expect delivery and the person I finally got hold of couldn't find our job and said he would ring me back but never did. I finally got hold of Amanda at about 2pm to discover that they wouldn't be able to deliver until 5pm which was not going to work for us given we were both heading away for work for 3 days (couldn't leave everything sitting in the middle of a shared office). We put off delivery until the following Monday and the guys who delivered our stuff were great. The only hitch was that we organised for them to come at 8am but they phoned me at 7.40am to say they couldn't get in. I was still on my way so they had to wait.

Everything went smoothly, and all our furniture arrived without any major damage. Very happy.
