"Very pleased with the overall move"
Very pleased with the overall move. However, some of the packing left much to be desired, like a petrol can in with linen. However, found staff very curteous and friendly.

Staff for collection arrived with no understanding of scope of work; no labels and did not prepare an inventroy.
No communication re delay of shipment Napier - Auckland
Was never advised goods would be packed 3 times
Part of workbench was delivered damaged to job is still no complete and other items have been damaged or mislaid - noone can advise location.
Can also see on Meile Washer/Dryer that a cap has been removed from a transit bar and transit bar was partly withdrawn - this may have damaged Washer/Dryer which will only be known once installed.
Despite notations on delivery documents, received no contact from Conroy re missing/damaged items on Friday Aug 5 and have made several phone calls Aug 8 and cannot make contact.
Overall communication was poor to non-existant - from trying to obtain quote with correct inclusions; advise re collection and delivery timing; no communication re delay of shipment; items were dmaged and others mislaid - received no contact from Conroy despite notes on delivery docs and was unable to contact despite several attempts Aug 8.
I still need the missing items and all the damged items to be repaired urgently.

We considered the removal from Hastings to Ohoka very proferssional in fact that is the best description we can provide from beginning to end of the transaction. One must feel confident in a Carrier who has enourmous responsibility with peoples chattels. Conroys empathised with this and were great to deal with, our thanks. Marge and Warren

"t was a pleasure to deal with you a second time"
It was a pleasure to deal with you a second time, your team is efficient and the rates are fair. I would have rated you 5 stars except that the call to say my delivery was due was made late in the afternoon of the day before delivery. I could not get through when I tried to call back to confirm that I could be home to take the delivery. Luckily I was able to take the next morning off work but it was short notice. Otherwise all was fine.

"Fantastic service"
I had Trey and Chevvy for the day - and marvelled at how they managed to fit everythign I had into the truck - I would hate to play tetris with them!! They'd win every time!! Fantastic service, they worked so hard on the day, and some of my furniture was super heavy. No problems at all, they were fun, energetic, got the job done and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks guys, I really appreciate all you did on the day.

The feedback was very positve, both in Muscat and in Auckland. Our suggestions are that bolts and fastenings are packed along with their accompanying itmes of furniture; we lost a lot of time looking for these components. We also suggest you move to a paper based tape, to make recycling of the cardboard boxes readily achievable. A reusable box would be very acceptable to people like us.
We found the delivery very efficient, but too rushed. We had to relocate items which were dropped of in the wrong location. We suggest you give people fragile stickes for delicate items, and a red box for bolts and other fastenings, if they are packed separately. Do not pack dissimilsar goods, a barbeque and heavy tool box was packed with a newly covered lounge suite. This damages the goods.

There were some dye or print marks on the sofa, and one little device was missing from the bed which caused some anxious moments. The delivery was half a day late due to mechanical problems with the van. Fortunately I still had somewhere to stay that night. Your people were polite and cheerful and helpful.
Super friendly guys and all the people I spoke to in the office efficient, helpful and friendly. This is my third "load" and I would be happy to use Conroys again (but not for a while hopefully!!!!!)
