"movers did not break one single item"
Excellent service. Your movers listened to what we asked them to do regarding placement of furniture and boxes. We had a very large shift with many heavy pot plants and your movers did not break one single item. They were polite, very hard working and we thank them very much. They are a credit to your company.

"Booking team and process was great"
Booking team and process was great - easy and straigthforward. Good team again on the move, however noticed their 'pace' wasn't as energised as our previous move (previously Scotty was the team leader and he was great at getting the team energised and moving) - This time it took the same amount of time to move half the items, and they didn't pack the van very well either meaning they had to do a second trip back to the house to collect only a handful of items. Would have also been good for the team to have had a spotter when the van backed up our new driveway, rather than relying on their mirrors - taking out a portion of our fence that we now have to fix. They were good at locating and returning an item that had been missed on the delivery.

The boys were extremely considerate and hardworking, it was great having them in the office for the past two days. From start to end, Conroy's had everything covered! A huge thank you is well overdue for your great service! From our initial dealings with Lee and Vela in Perth to the final delivery in Christchurch there has been great customer service. The men who packed our house were so respectful which we appreciated and made the whole process easy going - Thank you guys! The team in NZ were also very helpful every step of the way. We are now happy settling back into NZ life and getting used to the cold!! Thanks again and kind regards, The Vallance Family.
