The guys were great but when you transfered our household goods to this address from Ilam Road twelve (12) something years ago, there were no breakages. Beside the Royal Albert Tea Pot being broken this time, a carton fell of the sack barrow, unfortunately it contained paintings and when opened, (luckily it was only one was broken), we had glass from here to breakfast.
Second time I have used Conroys but this time it was a significant relocation including storage. Again the service was just excellent with extremely helpful and pleasant movers. I own items of high personal value as well as very heavy items and they were all taken care of. Not always the cheapest but I would recommend to all to consider Conroys.
While the Conroy removal team were pleasant, efficient, and flexible; I was very disappointed to find six items that were well packed, in different boxes, broken.
Some confusion between admin and delivery truck.... (truck arrived day early after I had confirmed drop-off dates). Fortunately able to leave early and drive (6hrs) to meet truck, but could have posed huge problem if didn't have that flexibility. In addition only 1 driver was there to shift gear on to property..... family and self helped move gear. (Driver - nice guy and personally professional which made situation easier to tolerate).
The whole on-line quote/trying to confirm delivery dates etc, not as smooth as could be. People I dealt with were helpful, but lines of communication between centres seemed disjointed.
It was all good!
The people all seemed very good. But, people got reassigned putting pressure on remaining team. Communication could be better. I am happy to discuss. Several items broken due to packing
Shift all went very smoothly..quick and efficient..and obliging and polite the two chaps who did the job..all very good than you

The guys who moved us were brilliant. Did a fabulous job packing and unpacking the truck. No breakages. Very professional service! Had a mix up with payment. Council was paying our moving costs. Money hadn't come through the day before so we had to pay. Council's money came through and they had our money back in our account very quickly. We're very appreciative of them actioning this so quickly as just before Christmas. Great experience all round!
