When we signed up (for a shared container), we were told they thought they had someone ready to share, the estimate was 2-4 months, but would likely be less than three months. Goods were picked up approx 8/21. It is now well after 4 months and we haven't received our goods. Still In Los Angeles. We disappointing. The team that wrapped the goods seemed to do a very good job and were great, but until we see the goods again, hard to really tell. Wouldn't have used you/this service if we knew it was going to take over four months. We needed some stuff for Xmas.

Generally very happy with the shipping and storage as well as communications.
Some items didn't appear to be packed as carefully, I've just found some breakables packed in with books. Couple of items have broken (eg: fin on surfboard and a shower caddy) but other than that very happy with the service and although I wasn't here during drop off I have been told that your staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Both the two workers who packed our boxes in nz and the two workers who dropped off our boxes in Australia were professional and courteous. Fantastic
Initially your rep tried to persuade us that we could not send our goods from Singapore to NZ until we were resident in NZ. This was due to customs and fees which after a 5 min call to NZ Customs proved to be incorrect. Secondly our goods were delivered but there was no unpacking or assistance with assembling furniture that had been dismantled. Thirdly we still have wooden crates and boxes in our backyard waiting for you to collect. To be honest given up chasing you for service as it is all very tiring. Note your delivery people were friendly, have no complaints with their service, this is directed at the admin and management.

The Australian side was on point from communications, timeframes given including NZ times, packaging, costing and general customer service.
From date landing NZ (13 Nov) to completing processing of MPI, Quarantine, Customs & delivery time to door (storage 21 Dec) was on point.
would we use Conroys again - you bet even though our pantry was irreparable on arrival, not bad for a 4b/r move without insurance by choice. Feed or look after or treat your packers well and you get an even more elevated performance - but I guess it's a 'Pacific' thing.
I found the entire experience very easy. Right from ringing to get a quote and booking the move. The person I dealt with was friendly and professional and made it easy.Very pleasant to deal with. Everything was very clear and easy to understand. The movers ( 2 Men) arrived on time. They were polite, respectful, and friendly while professional, and just got on with the job and didn’t waste any time. They asked the necessary questions and followed instructions to the t. Nothing got broken, they were careful not to damage anything. We had a time frame to work within and the men kept to that time frame. I would not hesitate to use Conroy’s again, and fully recommend them to anyone who wants a job done well, with no hassles whatsoever. Excellent process. Conroy’s have been by far the best movers we have dealt with!!!
