Customer service in Brisbane was nonexistent. Nobody came out to have a look so I got charged a extra $1800 and extra for a toolbox because of the weight which they damaged as well as our washing machine and other items. Being from Napier I supported a local firm but was a little disappointed
The entire process from first contact to the truck leaving after delivery was superb. Your staff were professional and their presentation excellent. Everything has arrived in top notch condition.

I was very disappointed with the way my items were delivered, they were dlivered in 3 trucks, 1 was so full they had to hold it in while they opened the doors and the other 2 were only about 1/4 full, There was quite a bit of breakage as they had other boxes on top of crockery, which was not packed properly in the first instance as they did not have enough peole to get the job done on the day. .
Over 3 months later and still waiting for our items.... very slow with not much communication
Antique table has not been delivered. Conroy notified by driver on day of delivery, over a week ago. Spoke to Kyle at Napier branch today 23rd and he asked what was happening with that missing table. I was told it would b looked into. They have no idea where this table is!. Also I complained about one box which had clearly been dropped, 9p% of antique plated broken completely. I was asked if I packed it myself and told if it had been packed by the professionals the breakage would not have happened. I replied it wouldn't have mattered how carefully it had been packed because it had obviously been dropped from a height. I have taken pictures and told Kyle this. He offered no apology, only excuses. Other boxes had tears in the cardboard, a sign of some very rough treatment. As I have not opened all the boxes I cannot state if there is further damage, at least the boxes marked glass dont rattle!
How many words will this allow me to write because there going to be a few. From the moment the truck arrived and the driver showed no interest in what i had to go on the truck or what I had to say along with telling me the truck was full and they might have to come back later I knew this wa going to turn out as it did. However when i convionced them to take the load and they back the truck up the driveway and opened the back only to be a 1/4 to a 1/3 full it was clear this was not going to end well. nothing i said was taken on board or followed through. Inventory stickers pout where I asked them not to. Items looked liked the had been throwqn between 3-4 trucks to get them down the country. clearly no care taken at all. Every item damaged some extensively. I have dozens of photos to prove this. Over all from start to finish was a complete embarrasment to the whole company.
This was the worst experience I have had in the past 20 years the guys doing the job were only there to collect their pay on pay day and didn't give a dam about the customer. A shift that should have taken 11/2 hrs took 21/2 hrs
Delivery guys were really good
