Would have scored you an 'excellent' - just needed a bit more communication, eg I was told the truck would arrive at 8am, but it was well after 9 - a phone call would have been appreciated. It was great how the staff remained pleasant and co-operative throughout - couldn't have done enough for me really.

i want to file a complaint. I am very disappointed with the service your company provided.
From the very being, I asked for the time of delivery but no body reply.
On the date of delivery, my package supposed to include installation of my furniture ( sofa, warobe etc) but worker don't seem prepared to do them. They don't even with a screwdriver with them!!! If I was not pushed them to unpack the 2 wooden TV boxes and they will just leave them there. Finally we have no choice but just asked them to unpack the packing of the furniture only.
After they left, we realised there are no screws with the sofa and we then contacted them to search them out from their truck.
After many calls and they finally told us they found it. They said they have left with the office. The office guy will contact us for delivery and everytime the guy promise will have somebody delivery to us. But is already 12 days but no screw show up. My sofa just leave in the middle of the sitting room.
If any body can help will be appreciated.

Today is 20 Oct and my delivery was in 10 Oct. on 9 Oct I email to your company to ask for the delivery time as the delivery address is nobody live there and I need to drive at least half hour to go. Your office reply is the delivery team will contact me late if the day. Finally no one contact me until 10 Oct and told me they already arrive!! Actually I try to call the office at 9 o clock in the morning and can reach any one. So I rush to receive the house and receive the things. I know that they need to unpack and install us back some is the things. But I didn't request them to do it and only request them to unpack done heavy things such as TV , sofa , carbinet and not request them to install back to me. Unfortunately unpack the sofa and throw the screw of the sofa. When I try to install is and call them immediately and they promise to find for me and call me back next morning. Finally no one call me and I call them again and they say can't find. I told them it must in their truck ask them find for me and finally they found it and promise to sent back to me and ask me to wait for their call. I wait for few days and no one call me and my sofa just can't install so I call them again and they promise sent back to me 16 Oct Friday but no one sent back . I call them again on Monday they promise to sent it to me on Monday .. again. And they promise to sent me on Tue and and call them ask around what time. They say around 1.30pm but now already 6 pm still not receive! I am quite frustrated and those non responsibility services. Also many things is broken after delivery but these nit cause me angry. I just want to get back the screw and install the sofa back!!

Fantastic service though I really struggled the day before delivery as i had not received a phone call to advise what time I could expect the truck, I just needed to know whether it was Am or PM. I spoke with a guy by the name of Ben who I felt was utterly rude on the line and I felt like I was being an inconvinence by contacting the team.
Im not one to usually complain but when Im spending my money with you I think some kindness could go along way as I did my best to avoid having further conversation with him on the Friday.
Apart from that the guys in the truck were amazing and incredibly helpful, both ladies I dealt with (unfortunately Im unsure of their names) were both fastastic and really helpful.

Packers great and nothing was a problem for them. Same with delivery and unpacked.
Only hiccup was breakdown in communication. Not advised of time packers would arrive despite trying to ring 0800 and over 3 hours late on delivery. Communication again.
Right from the start we felt confident that Conroy's was the right company to look after our relocation requirements. Their pricing was very competitive and we knew from the start what the costs would be. No extras , no hidden costs.
The whole moving experience with Conroys was well organised, planned and excecuted. The packing team team did an outstanding job of wrapping and packing our belongings into a container in a day. A magnificent effort.
When, after almost 9 months we finally took delivery of our belongings at our new house, we were once again met by a very friendly team who unpacked the container and placed each item in its respective location.
The container contents were dry and had obviously been packed very well as there were no breakages or damage and when we had finished unpacking, the cartons and packing materail were taken away for us.
Conroy's has an amazing team of friendly, helpful and dedicated workers from the admin team through to the front line workers.

The company stated that the truck driver would call on the Monday to arrange times, he called on the Wednesday about two hours before he was due. He argued that I needed to be in Tauranga at the new property early Thursday however the office lady said he may have other deliveries and may deliver my belongings on th Thursday afternoon. As he did not confirm this himself until late Wednesday, he was not happy that I would only arrive at the new property late Thursday morning. He asked me to call the office to discuss further however I stood my ground and told him his communication was the problem.
He also tied the loungesuite so tight that there are marks on the couch about an inch thick alonfg the edges, I will try to wash these out, but something to be mindful when transporting light coloured furniture.
We were very happy with the care and service that was given to move our furniture and would definitely use your Company again if we need to..
