Great experience. The Wellington team worked like troopers loading the truck and the Napier team were quick and efficient emptying the truck. Both Wellington and Napier teams were great.
The people packing in Auckland used table on our drawers which have peeled all the lining off no matter how careful we were. We have dings in our wood bench seats and table even though we wrapped table in bubble wrap. We paid and asked for our sofa to be wrapped and one side broken again the way it's been packed with a huge dent and sofa cushions weren't packed so have marks all over them.
Great service. Happy hard working crew in Auckland to load. Unfortunately only two workers unloading I the south island but we lent a hand. Happy with the service. Cheers
This is the 4th time I have used Conroy Removals, I found the communication not as good and there were a number of broken items when unpacked.

Paul the driver and the young man helping had a great attitude and were super friendly and helpful.
Lovely polite, patient, young men, who got the job done really well, especially with surprises like stairs, and we weren't 100% on what was going where.
Disgusted by the handling of the insurance claim we lodged. Damage which was clearly at the fault of Conroys, Packington container so that damage was sustained to motorbike, an offer that was far below what it will take to repair the damage and removal of the excess from the proposed settlement when this is not damage due to an accident but negligence on conroys part.
Lovely team at both ends of the move, a few minor damages which I guess is to be expected with an interisland move but nothing major and everything fragile made it intact. Good communication and punctual service. Big ups to the team leader who travelled the whole way with our worldly possesions and made sure that they were well looked after on the journey.
