Although you asked when we would arrive in Tauranga, that did not relate to when the beds etc arrived. If it is going to take an extra 2+ weeks, then ensure it is collected earlier. Let us know what has to happen to ensure it there when it is needed. When we rang, which was lots, the people were helpful and tried to get it moving quicker
The service and compassion of the company was refreshing. Everyone in the company completed their part professionally and efficiently. Nothing was too much bother.

Great service from start to finish. Took a little longer than expected due to global shipping issues - but that's completely outside of their control and they kept us informed throughout. Would recommend to anyone looking to shift their belongings back to NZ.

The removal truck left two large oil stains on my driveway which I would like removed
