Helpful, Calm and Polite
I apprecaite the way your team were able to manage the changing destination of my load locally (due to house sale falling on same day as removal). The men were helpful, calm and polite.
Unfortunately the guys did not wrap my headboard which is new with a linen cover, They got a smudge of oil/grease on the front facing top which I am not sure if I am able to remove. It tarnished the good work.

First Class Service
We were kept informed at every stage. Our items were delivered by two very friendly workers that unloaded everything where we required them. Overall I feel we had a first class service. Thank you to everyone involved.

Effective and Good Pricing
Everyone in the Conroy team was easy to deal with and helped us to our end goal. We needed to have our household contents stored and delivered to our new house. This all worked as discussed and was a low stress event on both sides.
We did have a furniture item damaged in the pack and not advised to us at the time. This could have been handled much better. I like that they recycle boxes and packaging, and pick up promptly. But they do need a system for labeling as 4-5 descriptions/room destinations on a box was not helpful at times.
Good pricing, effective, and worked as planned.
Fuss Free Relocation - Thanks!
Thanks so much for making my relocation so fuss free. Both the Wellington movers and the Napier crews were fantastic. Not a single item was damaged or broken. The guys were friendly, super efficient and took great care of my possessions. And wow they are so strong!
Only one thing I was disapointed in, is that there was a 2 hour minimum charge, which I didnt realise. I thought it was by the hour, hence we were trying to make sure they were gone within the hour and therefore didnt get them to move the second couch as we had on the job to do. I also didn't realise travel time was counted in that hour. I was aware that travel costs were added, I didnt realise the hourly rate was additional to that. And why I didnt think it was going to be charged as we were charged travel from your depot on kms to and from the prpoerties, yet I know they were in town and planned their pick ups and drop offs so they were not having to come across town. Hence thought the travel charge was it and not included in the hourly rate, which I thought was fair. If I had known it was a 2 hour minimum charge, and that travel time was included which brought it to 90 minutes, then charged for two hours, we would have got them to continue the full job.
