Thanks so much for the excellent service. Your staff were all friendly and efficient right through the whole process from initial contact onwards. I wouldn't hesitate to use Conroys again and will be recommending them to anyone I know that is moving!
The Auckland crew worked reasonably efficiently although would have loaded quicker if they had not lost a crew man to another job. The HB crew were very slow and despite the fact we provided empty pallets and a jiffy loader they spent most of the time bringing furniture in one piece at a time and did not seem that organinsed when de-vanning the container. We identified damage on our filing cabinets and rang the HB office straight away no one has yet come back to me. We were present in Auckland prior to the doors being closed and while the stow looked secure it obviously wasnt considering the state of the container when it arrived here and the damage to our filing cabinets.
