The new preson who was Brazilian - needs better orientation. Our dining room chair was marked, not thinking when putting the leather chair directly on each other making an indent. Walking away when the other person was struggling to finish a job and needed a hand, had to be called back by me to finish

"They took extra care of our possessions"
The two men who completed our move were quick, efficient and professional. They took extra care of our possessions and made sure everything arrived in one piece and was put where we asked it to be. We were grateful for their approach and their tireless labour.

Booking was confirmed for 1-2pm. Called office at 230 only to be told that the boys were held up at another job and won't be around until 330. No communication with transport or dispatch team prior. Movers were friendly but casually threw the f bomb in there conversations whilst I had kids around (one very influential 7 year old). Quality of work during uplift was very good and communication was great. Beds were not reassembled at drop off and of course in the business it hadn't come to my attention until well after. Overall very mixed reviews from me.

Excellent administration service with efficient times schedules. Nice customer service from the office too completion of removal. I was very happy with office communications and the boys on the coal face awesome! Those boys had nice social skills with efficient operation directions and mindful product protection, great team work.

Hi, Generally an awesome experience, everyone is really friendly and your service made the move really easy for me. Good price too!
It would have been good to have only one key contact person - when I had questions or needed to talk to someone I would end up talking to 2 or 3 people before I could get an answer.
I am a tiny bit worried about a couple of my boxes in storage. I had packed a couple myself and said to the packers they needed fragile labels - or if they wanted to repack them they could. I think I saw those same boxes near the top of the container, one with something on top of it and the corner of the box pushed in.
