Thank you for moving me which can a busy time of the year. Cam and Son were both efficient at packing and unpacking in Picton. Once again thank you Conroys for the move. I always recommend you as a removal company.
"this will be the last"
The first issue was that we had been told that the truck would be there at 8 am. On the day, after the time they were supposed to arrive we had a call to say they didn't have a time and it would be mid to late morning at the earliest. The young men were quite personable. However, through their total negligence carrying our barbecue to the truck it got completely wrecked. We were not insured with Conroy's and accept there will be no recompense. However, they didn't apologise and in fact thought it was funny. They also refused to take a number of items, including our TV, the oil heater, and several sheets of table top glass, which we now have to move ourselves. Their 'excuse' for leaving items behind was that the truck was very springy. We have done a number of moves with Conroy's but regrettably, this will be the last.

"went smoothly with no hiccups"
All good - went smoothly with no hiccups. Good communication from Colin in Tauranga and good, friendly service from Brownie in Tauranga.

We were completely satisfied with your service. We moved from the Hibiscus Coast to Hawkes Bay. Communication throughout was great, the guys at both ends were pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. It was good to know everything was safe and secure during the 2 week storage period and even better when everything arrived safe and sound with not a single breakage. Thanks to all concerned

"The driver was very late picking up"
The driver was very late picking up - I had specified a time as I had to go out but neither dispatch nor the drivers seemed too concerned about this. Then after collection I noticed that the deliver docket had the wrong deliver address on it (different to the one I provided) so I emailed to get this fixed. However, when Christchurch dispatch rang me to organise delivery this hadn't been changed, luckily I checked.
what i liked was as soon as your guys turned up they were friendly and easy to get on with.they were professional in there work.nothing seemed to be a problem.will recommend your company to anyone i know that needs a shift.cheers and please thank the guys that did our job craig and tania
