"truck turned up earlier than the arranged time"

We had a confirm time two days out from the move then another time one day out from the move then the truck turned up earlier than the arranged time. The truck wasn't big enough to take all of our belongings. The two men did a great job happy with their service.

"5 units of furniture were broken"

5 units of furniture were broken and I was only informed about one of them. The worst thing about this was that they were positioned in such a way that we did not become aware of them until the two men left. Because of the damage to our furniture I now have to pay our insurance excess. Everything we packed was undamaged. A good Company worker would own up to the damage they created.

We were very happy with the 2 guys that moved us they were at our home early and were very pleasant throughout our whole shift, couldn't have asked for more. Thank You

"communication via email was at times a bit patchy"

The communication via email was at times a bit patchy, having to email twice, or to contact another person because the initial contact hadn't responded. This was especially the case when we wanted to find out the time of our delivery. Overall, though a good service. Friendly, professional delivery men.

Firstly Nathan was very good when he came to give us a quote.  The 3 people, Mick, Geogia and Geoff who came to pack our belongings were fantastic. Mick has exceptional people skills and was very relaxed and put us all at ease at a stressful time. Geoff was also very personable and helped bring a relaxed enviroment.The next day we had Elvin the truck driver and truck packer. Well this guy is hugely competent and focused. Charlton worked like the company was his..meaning he was 100% behind his work, focused, taking responsibility and enjoyed his job. This man will go a long way. Raiden was also focused and fitted well with the team. Thank you Conroys, your people were a pleasure to work with..they are your company:)
