Cheerful and willing staff at both ends, but on loading day they were one man short at late notice, so the packing was rushed and one box left behind and not on the inventory. Lax labelling of biosecurity items made it more difficult for Conroys in NZ. Good support from office staff in NSW and NZ. Items well wrapped, very little damage apart from one one kitset desk unusable.

"Absolutely nothing damaged or broken"
I stored my house furniture with Conroy for 14 years whilst I lived in Sydney. I also used Conroy Sydney to ship home more effects which were added to ChCh storage until delivery day 27 February 2016. Absolutely nothing damaged or broken, furniture in same condition, delivered on time and efficiently on delivery day. Storage monthly premiums were very reasonable and deducted automatically. Only increased after 13 years for $5 per month only. Very pleased overall with Conroy and have already recommended to friends and family.
"made the move so much easier for us"
We would normally transport our belongings ourselves when moving. We approached Conroy's as they provided the option of storage while our family searched for a property in Hawkes Bay to move to. Conroy's made the move so much easier for us. Almost 5 star customer experience except there were a couple of items damaged in transit, as well as not being contacted to advise of a delivery time as we were expecting. Overall not a horrible experience for a first-timer using a moving company. Cheers.

I was pleased with both NZ Conroys and Aus..
Aus end gave me updates when trough customs etc which I thought was very good.. The staff both ends were very good quick and friendly . I was very impressed with both sides.
Hello! The 51 boxes and other items were delivered in a very good condition with only one very minor mishap; nothing to really complain about. The team that delivered our shipment were very friendly, caring, efficient and quick. Please thank them again on our behalf. Cheers :-) :-) :-)
