Customer enquiry was responded to in a timely and professional manner, the quote was compeditive, When I arrived to unlock the flat Conroy van and staff were already waiting, ahead of their scheduled time. Packing equipment and procedures were really good and imprortantly the team showed a high respect for property.
The removal van and team arrived on time and were helpful and friendly, (they enjoyed the afternoon tea as well).
I was updated on progess during the move.
On arrival the offloading team worked through very poor weather to deliver the goods safe and sound into the accomodation (well done), all paperwork was correct and no damage to the chattles.
10/10 Well done.
"no breakages"
There was a bit of debate on pick up morning over what Conroy's staff thought they were packing and what I thought we had agreed, but apart from that I had no concerns whatsoever and have no suggestions re. improvement of customer service. I was well satisfied - and no breakages!

We have use them twice now. 2nd time was only short notice they came to us with a quote within 2 days before we need them to come and pack for us. Fast service. Excellent service.

Delivery happened quickly which was great but limited unpacking. No real initiative from team to help unpackwft to do a lot by ourselves extremely tiring

Nice packers, good wrapping, Robin was very helpful, a few boxes were tipped up on end to fit into the truck which should have been marked "keep flat' by the packers, the ugly freight from the barn was packed up neatly, Robin's driving up from Christchurch to Nelson with the long heavy trailer unit, when observed, was coutreous, the Nelson unpacking crew were polite, no tattoos, very helpful and patient despite having to unload onto a smaller truck to cart up the steep narrow drive, no damage to goods, Conroy was the cheapest of 3 quotes obtained but now come highly recommended. A satisfied customer. Ian.

Fast, efficient, friendly, helpful from the quote process to completing forms to the packing. The turn around was a couple of days and I couldn't be more impressed!

This is the fourth time I have used your company and it appears each time initial organisation is getting worse.
Last time goods were left behind in a chch to chch move.. This time 1/3 of my property has been left behind in a chch to Akld shift. The driver stated that he didnt have enough stickers.
I was not contacted about this and now find I am missing alot of property. The house is sold and the new owners have moved in.
This is in conjunction with property which was on the truck when it arrived at my house in Chch being taken off and appears to have been left behind. (I was contacted by Chch team re a missing mirror)
Fantastic very friendly service, made our move less stressful and much faster as everythign was moved in one go :)
