"arrived perfectly as scheduled"
Our bassinet arrived perfectly as scheduled and in good condition...our baby was born later that day

My only concern was the damage caused to wooden floor at the front door.
This was significant and probably would have noticed at the time by Lester and Sonny and then advised to me.
My wife and the real estate agent Dianne Anderson who was very familiar with our property certainly noticed it on Wednesday 10th Feb. Also the purchaser noticed this at his final inspection yesterday and there is talk about delaying full settlement till the matter is resolved.
Today is settlement day and I would really appreciate it if your company would cover the cost of repair;approx area of that entrance is only about 1 and half sq m.

"Overall remove services was ok"
Overall remove services was ok. However we are quiet upset your company don't really have a piano install specialist. You lost our piano metal parts, no one knew how to put piano back to one piece, we had to wait for 4 working days for professioanl to fix the job. You only sent two guys to move our furniture and boxes from CHCH. We had to help your staffs! We also had plants and furniture damaged during the transport.

"Our move was hassle-free"
We had an upload one day then a drop-off the next. Two crews and both were excellent, friendly, helpful and courteous. Their work ethic was great and we all got on well together as a team. Our move was hassle-free, thanks to team leader Lionel.

We were really happy with our move. Laura-Jayne and Nathan were very helpful. Our plans changed a few times as we were intially going to stay with family but then found a rental so they had to change our booking a few times which was never a problem. The packing and moving staff were very friendly and careful and did an impressive job. Overall our move with Conroys was as stress free as it could be. Thank you to all your wonderful staff. A real credit to your company.
"we feel let down by your service"
Regrettably, we feel let down by your service. The moving contract specifically stated "Verification of packing inventory and unwrapping" and "removal of used packing material on the day of the delivery". It was with disappointment that on the day, we were left with over 60 boxes to unpack because the crew said they could not place any items on bookcases, cabinets, couch, floor, etc. If this is part of OHS law in Australia, please make sure that this is well defined in the moving contract. Interestingly, your crew assembled three tables but none was used to place items. In fact, the crew made limited attempt to use the available surfaces (kitchen counter, cabinets, etc.) to initially unpack the boxes. And at no point did they offer to use the available surfaces, nor did they say this was an option. We were unnecessarily left with boxes to unpack, which resulted in major inconvenience, nuisance, and in us missing an additional day of work. Finally, not only were we left with boxes to unpack (service fully paid for!) as we were told we had to prepare them for pick-up on a different date!
We were expecting the same level of service and professionalism provided in North America and in Europe (and by excellent Orbit). We have been moving internationally every two years for the last 10 years, and this is the first time we felt deceived by a moving company. If it was made more clear in the contract that you were not providing full unwrapping service, we would have happily pre-arranged unpacking, even in collaboration with another company, since my employer was paying for the move. We should also emphasize that we were actively helping the crew throughout the moving day to the best of our ability: my husband is disabled due to a recent injury and was unable to lift items over 5kg.
We do appreciate that when I called to enquire about what happened, Conroy's administration did provide us with some help the next day – hence, we are giving 2 stars instead of 1. On a different note, the admin./supporting service was stellar throughout the process. It was just too bad that the delivery services were so unsatisfactory.
