Good to deal with
"respectful of my things"
Graham and Lu turned up right on time even though the gps sent them a weird way! They were awesomely friendly, courteous, respectful of my things and extremely efficient.
These guys were fantastic to have helping me out and next time I'll definitely use them : )

"left to deal with many issues"
i was told a team would pack me - one lady turned up - did not introduce herself - only giving begrudging explanation when i asked. packing and labelling was done terribly. as a result of one packer - stuff was still being uplifetd and packed as we few out of nz - leaving a friend to sort and sign. Luckily you contracted pickfords this end - which was a great relief to me - completely different service - and we all spent most the day laughing at the terrible labelling of the boxes - we are still working through them and finding stuff... (eg tv stand and remotes were packed in sepearet boxes- not labelled they were in there - only found them by chance)....I was left to deal with many issues this end - tell customs what was in shipment, value, get clearance etc. Sorry, but we moved to NZ with pickford and if i ever move internationally again - will definately go to them.
Damaged Goods
The Brisbane end was good service but the Christchurch service not so good.
We had a number of expense tools on tool boxes that were damages due to the fact that the heavy tool boxes were put on thier side.
Bedside cabinet with father in laws ashes were turned up side down & our couch was broken when al the weight was put on one corner.
"stress free experience"
We had a great experience with your team of men who did our removal, storage and delivery of goods they were well mannered, polite and friendly and got the job done very efficiently. We would like to thank you for a stress free experience.
"Nice and cheap"
Nice and cheap, unfortunately some items were damaged beyond repair. Luckily not any thing overly expensive. Drivers were on time and friendly.

"great on both sides of the Tasman"
Conroy have been great on both sides of the Tasman from the initial query right through to the friendly guys unloading the truck! The actual packing and delivery & unpacking service is fantastic where you can literally point them to the things you want packed/positioned and they look after it for you.
Paul was very good to deal with. Jarrod in Napier was also great.
