I would like to let you know, that everything went really well on Saturday.
Matt and Matt were on time, professionally, thinking ahead, careful with the goods and very friendly.
We are very happy to have met them and that they made our move so easy.
And of course, I would also like to say thank you to Emma and Lynn for their great work and help.
We really did not think, that moving overseas would be that easy.

The team at Conroy kept us very well informed throughout the arrival and processing of our shipment. The guys who delivered it to our house were very friendly and professional. And everything arrived in great condition!

Team very good to excellent for constructive criticism blank previous entries on boxes as it can be confusing I appreciate the problems the team will face but identification of various items is of primary importance as one cannot find a number of items at the property shifted to, cheers anyway and thanks nothing is perfect.

The Auckland guys picking our goods up, and the team unpacking and delivering in Tauranga were excellent. However the call centre contact, communication and customer service was extremely poor. No contact was made with us after the original booking, we had to do all the chasing to call to get information. We were told a named individual was our co-ordinator but she failed to return a call when we left a message. We also called for some advice about how best to pack some items which wasn't very helpful. We didn't even know when delivery to our new home was expected until a very short time before, to know when to arrive with keys to the new location. So customer service needs to be improved considerably.
