"a few pieces were damaged"
The delivery guys were great, however a few pieces were damaged, and after they left I noticed damage to one of our walls and doorframe. I had brought the damage to the furniture to the attention of the delivery team who advised me to make a note of it on the paperwork and that someone would be in touch. I am still awaiting this contact regarding this damage
"minimal breakage or damage"
We have had a box of cd's,and othervaluables not arrive, along with a ladder, otherwise minimal breakage or damage.
"poor communication"
The people who came to my house in Auckland were great, they picked efficiently and were very friendly. However poor communication within the company meant that they did not know they were expected to deliver the furniture to Tauranga that day. i agreed to change it to the next day delivery. These people were two hours late to meet us at the storage unit, no apology was given for this at all. Despite the fact that we were expecting the delivery to take place the previous day.
"Very easy service to use"
Very easy service to use. The collection drivers in Brisbane were fantastic. They couldn't fit the truck under my apartment and organised another one that morning. The delivery drivers in New Zealand were also very good. Everyone I spoke to in the company in Australia was very friendly and helpful.
The communication and maybe admin were a little slack to be honest. I was told my goods would arrive on a Monday, I called from Wednesday on to confirm and was not contacted till much later. The goods were eventually delivered 11 days late, which is completely understandable - not an easy task to transport internationally. It would have been nice to be kept up to date though.
I would recomend the service to other people but would tell them not to expect the goods on the date and to have to do a few chase up calls.
"pleasant and fun"
Glen and Dylan were really pleasant and fun and did a great job of relocating my large furniture items. Thankyou so much for sending such a helpful team who seemed to do all they could to make a big stressful day a lot better!

"wonderful experience of efficient and hassle free moving"
Our first contact with your company was through Hannah. Really good. she accurately predicted the cubic metres. I did phone a few times to clarify some details and was dealt with efficiently.
Our next contact was with your packers. Absolutely fantastic guys. Very efficient. You then stored our household goods for 3 nights and 2 days with no charge which was much appreciated. the truck then arrived at Pauanui right on time 9.30am. the boys were straight onto the job of unloading and only stopped for 15mins break and finished 1pm - hopped back into the truck and were off again. The packing of the items was such that there were no breakages - 1 small upstand on a desk was broken and another item was packed the wrong side down and had minor stratches on it. But they were extememly minor items and easily repaired.
I have been informed by the boys unloading the truck, that, when we have finished unpacking the boxes, to give the office a ring and your company will call in and collect the boxes. A question which I do need answering is - the packing paper. do you take this back as well?
Your quote was extemely competitive and we are extremely happy with the whole process. Not having moved in the last 40 years, we were very apprehensive about the procedure but your staff were very helpful and put our minds at ease. 10 Stars + from this very satisfied customer. thank you for the wonderful experience of efficient and hassle free moving. "high standard"
I Have known the Conroys since my time in Napier and their service is still of a high standard
I thought overall the service was excellent. However there were a couple of areas that did concern me. The first was the packers did not pack everything. The removel men had to finish it off. The removal men were very late arriving. Did not arrive until 11am. It took 7 hours to load the truck. This meant they did not finish until 6.30pm which included a lunch break. This meant we had to wait around which was inconvenient as we had other things to attend to. The two removal men were great guys especially Jackson. However at the delivery end in Waipawa Jackson was great but the other two were not up to scratch, and I got the impression that Jackson was a bit fed up with them as well.
