I was very pleased with your removal company both in Australia & New Zealand. The handling of my items was taken with so much care, that I was impressed with the four gentlemen that loaded & unloaded them. I have no hesitation in recommending your removal company to others. Thank you once again for your services and I will be using you again to send my truck home.

Hi - our move was a little unusual in that we left for vacation in Thailand immediately after the relocation to Oamaru occurred.  Therefore, it was a month later that we returned and started unpacking the majority of boxes etc.  Unfortunbately, it appears that one box appears to have 'gone astray', with a number of items not being able to be located by us.  Some have sentimental value, so this is a shame.  Also, one of the packers picked up a bag of kitchen garbageand 'packed' that also.  You can imagine the state of the stinking ooze that greeted us upon return from vacation.  Your driver was impeccable.  Overall, however, we have to say that this was not the 'perfect' move for us.  Perfect would have been nice (and we have experienced this with other removal companies in the past).  As a small aside - no-one has contacted us confirming a removal date for all of the packing materials/boxes (we advised Christchurch of this 2 weeks or so ago).  We appreciate that uplift will need to match your operations in the area, but hope that this has not been overlooked?  Kind regards - Fergus and Tri

Very Very pleased with the price and service! Every step of the process has been very very good. Consider the number of different people involved at each step and between countries and it becomes even more impressive. From initial contact with John in Brisbane to final delivery big thumbs up!

The lads who packed our stuff in Gladstone and the fellas that unloaded in Mahia, Thanks lads you did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to have around. Friendly and happy in their work. Fast and efficient.

The admin team in both countries have been great with constant updates at each step and in conjunction with John all relevant paperwork was easy to deal with.

Very minimal damage to property limited to a couple of bits of crockery that we packed ourselves.

Move day started off with a voicemail saying there would be a delay of several hours. This was OK -- it happens. When the crew did show up, they showed up with someone else's container -- no one has even checked the container number or the boxes inside which were clearly labelled with someone else's name and location (in another city). It took my 10 seconds to work out it was the wrong container. So another hour or so delay while my stuff was located. Crew seemed exasperated. My container had also been split into two, so there was another delay finding the second container.  

Unloading was fine. Putting together beds was a major chore and took the crew two hours (by which time it was 6pm). They put things together upside down so had to do it again. As a result of all this, they unwrapped and unpacked very little -- no boxes at all were unpacked and they only unwrapped a couple of pieces of funiture. I had to do almost all the unpacking and it took multiple attempts and phone calls to arrange for Conroy's to come and pick up the packing and empty boxes. 

All in all, a hassle.
