Recently I got service from Conroy removals to transport my furnitures from Christchurch to Auckland and while transporting they have damaged to my TV (60") and it's not working now.
It's look like they have stored more goods on my Tv and it created cracks on the screen, as I did not had an insurance the company don't want to help me on this. But I still believe they should care about the goods that they are transporting except unexpected accident or incident. Unless they should not put an option of no insurance, and I strongly believe you can't damage the goods that you are transporting even it hasn't an insurance. So I really dissapointed about the service and will not choose Conroy removals ever again.
I will not recommend Conroy removals for anyone.

We used Conroy to move a small amount of boxes (around 2 cubic metres) from Christchurch to Wellington. Several of the cardboard boxes arrived quite damaged (torn open at the corners or squashed on top). One of my large plastic boxes containing artwork arrived with the lid cracked. Luckily nothing was damaged as we wrapped everything thoroughly but it was obvious that care hadn't been taken, especially when some boxes were clearly marked 'fragile' or 'top stow'. I'd be hesitant to use Conroy for a larger move when even our small amount of boxes arrived in this condition.

The senior moving team member did not have a professional attitude & was not careful with boxes or furniture. He obviously wanted to just get the job finished and even become a little aggressive by late morning. This is aside from the fact that the price we paid included unpacking which they did not have to do on our request.

Pleasant and efficient with no mishaps with the delivery to new premises but will need to wait 12 months for return of goods in storage. Some damage to tabletop due to packing of TV on an unprotected surface.

Really fantastic service from the initial contact, quote, follow up, easy payment options, picking up of furniture and delivery. Can't speak highly enough of the service and the guys who did the hard work(Mike, Darren from AWF, Royden and Mason. ) Really appreciate it. And absolutely will tell others.

We had a very smooth and friendly experience with Conroys - the moving team were professional and engaging, and eager to help - very impressed. My only concern was that we had been emailing arrangements with someone who during the period of our exchanges left Conroy, and we then had no follow up with a new interface - perhaps this could be improved in future. Otherwise, very satisfied with our experience with Conroy.
