Firstly one TV and bracket was to be removed and then on return re-attached to the wall. I presumed it would be taken into storage, not left in our garage where the builders wanted to work and the garage leaks Fpr that I paid $219.00. I had to find my own storage as there was no room in the Motel for it. I also paid $499.00 for a full AV reconnection on our return. That didn;t happen. I was tpld th person who did the quote had left. That was not my fqult - I had paid for the service and did not receive it.The day after the packers had been and the furniture had been all uplifted we returned and the house was unlocked. When the goods were returned they put boxes marked OFFICE in a bedroom.

Thank you for making the international shipment of a valuable artwork so effortless. All aspects (custom crating, insurance, collection, packing, shipment and delivery) were carried out seamlessly and well inside the quoted time estimates. A very professional performance!
"I was kept well informed by office staff"
I was not on site during time of uplift so can't comment on the staff however the two staff that delivered the furniture were outstanding communicators, helpful, friendly and professional. I was kept well informed by office staff in the lead up to the move and uplift/delivery were punctual.

Raydon and Dylan fantastic, hard working and fun guys!! Together we smashed out the job and all our belongings were carefully and considerately looked after and moved! Tricky stuff moving a piano up a skinny ramp - most impressive maneuvers! The boys really did make the madness of moving easy and even enjoyable!!

"What started out so good quickly went down hill"
What started out so good quickly went down hill, we were promised 5 to 7 weeks for our gear to arrive here from perth it took 10, they didnt unpack when they were paid to (maybe that came down to the staff having zero respect for the manager). I could go on and on but it seems that with all the emails that have been sent and phone calls that have gone on, nothing gets done. Everyone there is just a a bunch of used car salesman they tell you what you want to hear but don't back it up that includes the bosses as well.
A word to the wise if you pay for them to unpack your house make sure they do it other wise you will end up doing it yourself and you will have to take extra time off to do their job for them. Maybe something that Conroys needs to learn is that although someone may have only moved a single house to NZ to start a new job, that job may have people and or gear moved around alot and burning bridges is never a smart move.
I had thoughts of writting a long winded review of how bad these guys are to deal with and how out of touch they are with dealing with the smaller jobs that they do, but because there money is in the big contracts, frankly they don't care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"made the move really easy for me"
Hi, Generally an awesome experience, everyone is really friendly and your service made the move really easy for me. Good price too!
It would have been good to have only one key contact person - when I had questions or needed to talk to someone I would end up talking to 2 or 3 people before I could get an answer.
I am a tiny bit worried about a couple of my boxes in storage. I had packed a couple myself and said to the packers they needed fragile labels - or if they wanted to repack them they could. I think I saw those same boxes near the top of the container, one with something on top of it and the corner of the box pushed in.
"Our dining room chair was marked"
The new preson who was Brazilian - needs better orientation. Our dining room chair was marked, not thinking when putting the leather chair directly on each other making an indent. Walking away when the other person was struggling to finish a job and needed a hand, had to be called back by me to finish
There were a couple of issues with packing but a lot of trouble was taken to put them right. The helpfulness was excellent and I would recommend the company.
