The packer was excellent.  However a lot of time was wasted waiting for the truck.  I had to ask them to turn the music down as it was upsetting the neighbours and they took far too many smoke breaks.

Snow and his team were very friendly and helpful. They were quick and professional. We were very pleased with there service they gave us on the day and will recommend Conroys in the future. Thanks Snow, Mike and Adam.

Thank you to the guys that delivered and unpacked for us. They were exceptional! Besides unpacking everything safely they were friendly and considerate and continually offered their assistance. It was a joy having them around and their attitude to their jobs was wonderful to experience.

Conroys was recommended to me as 'the only removal company to use' and I now willingly pass on that recommendation. Shifting is stressful but to have had the backing of an entirely reliable and friendly company such as yours is something I am very grateful  for.

The unpacking, managed by Daniel of Christchurch with his two Nelson staff, was fun and without any problem for me - even though the Conroys staff had to deal with extra work transfering my possessions to a smaller truck because of difficult access.  I cannot state my appreciation to you all more strongly.

All the way through, from the first person who came to my home to assess costs and the amount to be shifted, to the phone receptionist and the people in Napier with whom I had contact with, the Conroys staff have  been a pleasure to deal with. I have mentioned my experience to several others and some have responded saying they too have been your clients and have the same strong preference for your company. 

In Christchurch I heard from many dissatisfied people who had dealings with other companies, many of which were franchised from the original parent company and which seemed to lack overall quality standards.  The structure and procedures with Conroys is obviously resulting in a stable company that is well managed and which attracts such excellent staff.  My thanks to you all.
