Excellent propmpt service, everybody including Drivers and personel on the phones all keen to help and very friendly and professional. Couldnt fault them.

A small office load of files and furniture to be moved across town. The two drawer metal filing cabinet was dropped down the stairs denting it so badly that the drawers no longer close properly or files able to sit across the rails. Was given a half hearted apology and told it couldn't be avoided getting down the stairs (even though I had offered to remove the drawers and was assured it wasn't necessary). Heater was also dropped and wheels and handle broken off but no mention was made of this damage. Other minor items also damaged. Was planning to have Conroys move my household possessions in a couple of months but certainly won't be doing so now.

The uplift from Brisbane was great and was arranged not long after I contacted Conrol Removals to arrange the removal service. The shipping to Auckland also happend within the timeframe that I was given and I was kept updated on its progress through to its arrival in Auckland. Unfortunately I had to chase up Conroy Removals on a number of occasions to arrange delivery to my destination approximately 150km north of Auckland once I was ready to receive it. The office staff were quite responsive to emails and phone calls but it took a number of attempts to get the operations team to contact me to arrange delivery. The delivery went well after it was finally arranged.

All of the Conroy representatives that I met with were good representatives of your Company.  The staff were professional and helpful throughout the moving process.

Liz as usual was easy to deal with and awesome.
