No Unpack and Assembly
Firstly we would like to commend Monica from Conroys - Monica was an exceptional point of contact - she updated us, advised us and followed up all of our concerns, which, when moving from another hemisphere was extremely appreciated, nothing was a problem and she liaised with the Allied Pickford counterparts in Auckland on our behalf - this made our transition to Napier from the UK so much easier. We were however diasppointed when our effects arrived as we paid for unpacking and reassembly of our furniture at location - we got the impression this was a tad difficult and the staff actually did nt want to saty longer than they had to - our furniture ( in our opinion) was not being off loaded with due care and we worried about damage being sustained - so we ended up doing the majority of what we paid for ourselves.
Made Me Wait for Almost a Month
The service was terrible making me wait for almost a month for my stuff to be delivered to my house from arriving in new zealand. After being told its all arrived and i will be notified when delivery to waitng another 3 weeks and many emails and phone calls to follow up just to be past on to someone else. Also being told delivery in 2 days to not hearing any more to be delayed. Then day of arrival ended up being 4 hours late and no point of contact to notify me. I will not be using conroy New Zealand or recomending because it was absolutely disappointing after moving your whole life to another country it delayed our start work date and having to take 2 days off work because they were not organised.

A Real Disappointment
I have had to relocate twice within the past 4 months and on both occasions used Conroys. The move from Masterton to Nelson was fantastic, service was brilliant, staff were great to deal with. I dealt with both the Napier and Wellington depot's and all staff involved should be congratulated on a great service. The move from Nelson to Masterton just recently was near the opposite. The Nelson depot was not overly helpful, it seemed to be a problem to get confirmations from the office, the 2 men who loaded my furniture were the exception as they were lovely to deal with (however they had arrived unaware there was a piano to load), then the two who delivered my furniture were dreadful and really let your company down. Their language and attitudes were exceptionally poor. My boxed furniture arrived with several holes in (all boxes used were supplied by Conroys and did not have holes in when packed). My larger furniture was wrapped (by the Nelson boys) in plactics bags and arrived with one dead mouse enclosed and mouse droppings througout. I have never been so disappointed! My return trip to the Wairarapa has been a real disappointment. I am uncertain if I would be using your company again.
Great Experience
At the start of my enquiry I was in touch with a woman I cant recall her name but I waited for a call back with info like I was told. On the second week of waiting I called them out of frustration (if it wasnt for a friends reccomendation of this company I would have gone with another company) only to find out the female I talked to had gone on holiday and never organised for someone to call me back. Apart from this I had a great experience for every step i went through and all other communication in New Zealand and in Australia was great. Thanks
Very Very Angry
I am very very angry about this removal company. I still didn't get my 11 parcels since the beginning of November 2017. The lady at the desk at that time never sent me any receipt for my payment online nor advise me of the shipping of my parcels. Since I've paid, she just remained silent then she transfered me to another person because I was starting complaining. That second person told me the parcels were going to be shipped on the 17th of November and would arrive on the 22nd of December but still didn't send me any receipt for my payment. We are the 14th of January 2018 and I still have NO RESPONSE from them. The worst of all is that I am receiving a "Conroy removals feedback request" for something I've never receive. My clearing agent has sent a mail to CONROY Removals to ask them what's going on and so far, we have no answer. WHERE ARE MY PARCELS?

We were extremely pleased with the move experience - we faced a number of issues which were out of our control however your staff were excellent in ensuring the situations were effectively dealt with.
