I just wanted to congratulate Conroy Removals for a hugely professional job well done.
Right from the initial house visit, to the guys in Chch who packed up, to the guys who dropped off in Tauranga, I was hugely impressed with the service, communication, attitude, professionalism, and care taken by everyone involved to ensure my move was as hassle free as possible.
It has been a stressful couple of weeks moving cities, but thanks to everyone involved from Conroys, the furniture removal side of it was an absolute breeze.
If you could pass this on to higher up and the team involved that would be much appreciated.

To two men who came and delivered my stuff were great. Bit of a tight corner to get the chest of drawers up the stairs but they managed it. The chest of drawers was damaged in transit (prior to delivery) but I guess these things happen. The emailed communications about where my furniture was were helpful. Thank you.

Charles and Matt were very efficient and friendly. The move was completed in a timely manner and we were very impressed.
The removers arrived at 10.45. They then had a 15 minnute break. They started at 11.00. Once everything was in the van they followed me to my new home 10 minutes down the road. They detoured to buy some bottled water and this took around 30 minutes. On arrival they then had a lunch break. They then unpacked the van and everything was completed by 2.30. I was charged for the whole time including the water and lunch break. I was uncomfortable signing the invoice however I was on my own and I didn't want any unpleasantness between myself and 2 of your workers. I felt quite vulnerable.. I had also advised the company that I had a number of outdoor pots and plants plus outdoor furniture to be transported. The staff made it obvious that they didn't really want to move them. The van was also to small which would have necessitated a second trip. I made alternative arrangments. I am also surprised that it took a total of 3.5 hours to move 22 items 10 minutes down the road.
