"Men arrived on time to pack"

Only a small issue around communication - would have liked a call a few days before to organise times etc. I had to call the day before to sort this.
I really appreciate the movers coming back to sort the plant and the flexibility around the few items I missed off the list. thank you.

The guys were very flexible and helpful with solution after they found out my sofa is too large for teh staircase. In no time additional help was at my apartment and they lifted up over the balkony !. Great job Guys !!!!

We have moved many times over the years and Conroy has provided an excellent move and would use them again and recommend them. The packing crew in Brisbane we excellent fast and efficient and the admin team keeping us in uptodate on progress etc were also excellent. Had no worries. Orrsum service

I've already received an initial contact about an as-yet unresolved item of damage to the house was returning to, but there are at least two other issues (missing castor wheel & damaged shelving) I'd aslo like to talk about.

Excellent experience with the Packers and Removal workers who were friendly and personable. They were great ambassadors for the company.
"deep disatsfaction"
The low rating reflects our deep disatsfaction with your operations department. Our move was planned for a 9.00am start. This was confirmed to us by phone the day earlier. When your team did not arrive by 9.30am I phoned to enquire of your wearabouts and were advised that they would be then by 10.00am. Phoned again at 10.30am and were advised the team would be there at approx 11.00am, which happenned. The removal team apologised for the delay. The delay was poor as it required us to clear and clean the exiting property the following day.
We have no criticism regarding your removal team. They were very good. However the operation control was unacceptable as they did not have the courtesy to advise that they had placed a new job ahead of ours.
This was the third time we have used Conroys and the experience has left us with a sour taste and tainted the previous good work.

Men arrived on time to pack, very courtious, well organised, and efficient. The following day lorry and personal arrived,loaded and packed,nothing was too much trouble,the move was only a few kilometres away,upon arrival lorry was unloaded,our boxes were stacked exactly as we requested and our furniture positioned perfectly. We sustained no damages, could not have asked for anyone as carefull with our belongings. Would hope to get the same team when we move from our rental,to our new home in 5 months time.
