Excellent. First encounter this company when they are the partnering company of VANPAC group asia when I moved to NZ. This second encounter was even more impressive, from my last minute request to the actual uplift.

"All up not the best experience"
The packing of our belongings on the NZ side of our move leaves a lot to be desired. Some stuff just thrown in boxes with random other stuff. Kitchen and lounge stuff together in one box . Some things that our Son made in College are damaged due to bad packing. All up not the best experience !
"polite and nothing was too much trouble"
The two men working that day were exceptional; polite and nothing was too much trouble. They were a credit to Conroys.

"Customer service was next to nothing"
Customer service was next to nothing i was told a whole different story from brisbane centre from what actually happened It has cost me way more than i was told $375 just to drop my good at house i thought that included unwrapping. Told car cleaned in brisbane before being shipped i just got a bill for $825 to clean it The wrapping is still in my garage so i cant use it Im not happy with the whole thing
"Pretty terrible comms and organisational skills"
Contacted at the beginning of June around setting a delivery date. Agreed to the week of the 19th. Was told I would be called the end of the previous week to arrange an exact day and time. Never got the call. Delivery arrived on Monday morning of the 19th at 9AM and I was not home. Luckily my daughter was home and she took care of helping the movers put everything in my garage. Pretty terrible comms and organisational skills. From what I can see the delivery went OK and is all currently in my garage, so I gave 2 stars on that. But wouldn't choose to use Conroy again based on the poor comms.
Damages
we have not had a call from you with ref to the damage done to the stereo cabinet, and large flower pot if you had contacted us you would have had a better rating .
Stress free customer service and good mix of personal and online support made everything happen for us on time and on budget. Nothing was a problem which is just so refreshing for a change.
