Prompt With Minimal Fuss
Mike and Grayson were efficient and friendly and very easy to have in the house when we were packing up.
The whole team performed our move promptly and with minimal fuss - highly recommend them.
Small Damages
Your service was great but I had some issues with packing as I had some damage. Please when wrapping crystal bowls, wrap them seperately, mine were wrapped altogether and only 1 survived the rest badly chipped and unusuable. My fridge was scrapped at the bottom and I now have a permanent black mark. A vintage dolls pram strap was broken, Knobs from chest of drawers disappeared, wheels on wooden container broken, and the back of a bookcase split. These are all small things but I feel should not have happened..

Pretty good service, the move was great and only one glass was broken, no complaints there. When they turned up they didn't seem/ act very professional (to be honest looked half asleep.....), didn't introduce themselves etc. Also a couple of days later I remembered a box and a clothes rack that wasn't moved. How can they leave stuff in the van at the end? and more importanty, (as we know we were the only house move of theirs that day) why didn't they call us up and return it? and why didn't anyone at Conroy call us the next day? We were very disappointed by this and if we'd never remembered we would be none the wiser and we still wonder if anything else is missing.... I could have used Cool moves for a fraction of the cost.

Most Impressed
We are most impressed with the three men lead by Mike who moved us last Friday. Nothing was too much trouble to Mike and his men we can’t thank them enough for how careful and professional they were.

I have used Conroys for a few moves and have always been more than happy with the service provided.
Penny who has organised three of our moves is extremely pleasnt and easy to deal with, nothing is ever a problem.
The same can be said for the removal and packing staff.

Great service
Damaged goods including solid wood draws and a fragile this way up box being layed on its side under heavy boxes and other stuff. My stuff was also poorly restacked in the new storage facility
