Fine Job
Your pack, load and unload teams all did a fine job. Only comments are that after quite a number of moves during my various careers, this was on my one where washing machine was not reconnected, and the loaded deep freeze was not switched on (it was plugged in though) - spotted next morning, hopefully contents survived!. Thanks team - hopefully my last house move though!

Broken TV
Had my TV in a TV box well wrapped with blankets and it got smashed.

Very Long Wait
Your front desk staff in Napier were excellent, however the rest of the moving process was very poor. Firstly, you forgot that you had made an appoointment to come to my house on the 2nd December 2017, and I had to ring up to ask when the removable men were coming. Three hours later they turned up, then was asked why my boxes were not sealed and ready to go. I was told to leave them open for staff to view contents before sealing. Was also told that certain items would be packed in my home before removal. They were not. One gentleman just about dropped my sewing machine, before I could tell him how to carry it.
I did not receive at any stage a copy of my inventory and someone failed to sent the Brisbane depot a copy of my Australian declaration form. Communication was very poor, with myself having to ring up NZ from Aussie to find out how long before my goods were to leave NZ. The whole process took 66 days from start to finish. A VERY LONG WAIT!!!!

However on arrival at Brisbane, I could not fault their service. Good communication and excellent service.
I would not recommend Napier Conroy Removals, unless their services improve!!

Your service from Perth was outstanding. Your service and times specified to our new home was spot on. Sadly your main man had a fall from the truck with left him incapacitated to work for the rest of the move. The company surely did as best as they could but I was required to do a full day of stripping out boxes which sadly wasnt what I paid for.
I had a very mixed experience using Conroy Removals. I was provided with an excellent quote service and the team who moved me from 14 West Quay were great . JP, Hux,Justin, Alberto assisted by Churton,Jacob,Dan Matt and Tim were great particularly. The first four guys who really stepped up moving my container and a half. Unfortunately my move back into my new Apartment was stressful as only three guys were put on the job. They were totally understaffed for such a big job. Tim in particular really was pushed lifting and moving furniture without assistance. Because there were only three guys on the job it took all day to move my furniture. There should have been more manpower provided on the day or changed the date of my move to when Conroy’s could provide enough manpower. The collection of boxes also took longer than it should have. The final comment I have is that way too much paper was used in the packing of my goods. While I appreciate the need to protect my articles there was an over kill on the paper department creating more boxes to be used.i base this comment on having moved around the world and many times within NZ.
