Admin. staff good and delivery team excellent - except that two of them got lost and I only had 50% of the team here for the unloading. Luckily I had family helpers, otherwise the delivery time would have been considerably extended.
It would be helpful if either Fox in UK or yourselves advised future customers of the advantages of having each box clearly labelled and numbered. Also of the need to provide one person to check each box as it is unloaded and to immediately allocate it to a position in the new home.
The provision of photos of items seized by MPI was excellent and I realise that your staff can only pass on the information which is available - at one time this was a bit sparse.
My rating assumes that the oil stain left by your lorry will be removed.
"nothing broken"
There seemed to be some problems in the initial stage of this shipment but in the end everything went well, nothing broken and the delivery people in Australia were particularly helpful. Thank you

Yes, Move went very well. Kerikeri pick up was 90 minutes early which meant a bit of a rush numbering boxes. All staff were helpful and courteous.Congratulations on using train transport from Auckland to wellington (for the Paraparumu part of shipment) and keep trucks off the road.Companies who are aware of their carbon footprint would always get my endorsement. My only minor issue would be clearer communication on pick up and drop off time , preferably the day before. Deborah Woolford was particularly helpful.

"great advertisment for your company"
Sincere thanks to Matthew and Edmond for a wonderful job done with great energy and humour. However, I am seriously unimpressed with Management. These men worked with no ramp for the truck and no lifting straps provided for lowering my sofa over a balcony to the ground below. I phoned Management on the day and expressed my concern. They said they would send both, but never did. I shouldn't need to explain that the health and safety of staff is paramount. How staff are valued and protected from harm (or not) is a true measure of Company ethics.
"The packing was really good"
I ticked "Packing" but it it doesn't need improvement, as such - just a revisit of stickers/labels......Everything went really well with our move, storage and subsequent delivery of household effects. The packing was really good. One thing that I would like to suggest is to use stickers that come off furniture etc more easily and cleanly. Otherwise ensure to put stickers on the underside of items so that they can stay there forever and are not seen.

Delivery guys were very helpful and extremely careful in handling the packages. The packages were stored only, no assembly nor installation into the house (so no comment on that).

The delivery guys appear to have been given incomplete information. They were given Kennards Mt Eden as the pickup address and consequently went to the Kennards which is on Mt Eden Rd but actually in Mt Albert. The Porters Rd address was on the agreement made between parties yet this wasn't passed onto the delivery boys. The result is that I had to wait 20 mins. Luckily I had nothing pressing happening that day, but, you ask for feedback and this should be mentioned.
Great communication through whole process and great personalised customer service I am happy with everything
