Great service
"rough with our property"
I would recommend to others BUT with caution as when loading the truck, one of the movers was rough with our property causing our tv cabinet to be broken (which money was reimbursed for this) and trying to drag our 3 seater out the door by himself and not caring about our furniture or house, to which I had to ask him to take more care. Also would advise the stickers that are used to label all items, be placed on the rear or underside of furniture as ours were stuck on the middle of some furniture items and they are hard to remove.

The boys were great and got everything done quickly and carefully. It made moving so much easier. Cheers!

I had heard such great things about your service and how quick and easy it was from family and friends.
Unfortanately for us we should have just got a piggy packer truck and did all the work ourselves because we ended up doing that anyway.
I was told that the truck would arrive 8-8.30, it arrived at 9.30. There was a young guy and an older guy. Big ups to the older guy who did all the lifting and moving practically on his own while the young guy stood in the truck. We had three men who were initally meant to be moving the smaller stuff to the other house by trailer but ended up helping to put stuff on the truck and take stuff out of the house because of the time. My husband eventually had to tell the boys it was time to leave, while they were hanging out in the truck (because we would go outside the three hours) and our ment would have to come back and get the rest later.
At the other end our three men had to take everything off the truck, not ideal. When you pay $570 for a service, isnt the company meant to do the moving? Apparently they had done a 60 hour week already but thats not really our problem when we expect the best out of a service we are paying for.
Im really not the complaining type but we were so disappointed. Maybe get the young ones to do all the work while the older guy directs. He did a fantastic job on his own and had a good sense of humour, just a shame there was very little team work!!

I would have given you a 1 star, had it not been the great customer service from Simon & the delivery man, here in Perth. We have ended up paying a further $650 for this shipment, due to the incorrect information provided from the get go!

The service was excellent however our freezer was left unplugged so we lost the entire contents of the freezer. I have photos to prove this. Unfortunately your insurance excess is $250 so Diana will not be making a claim. This was a result of laziness not an accident. You must transport households with live freezers all the time so a fundamental task to plug it in. The lads put it in the truck knowing it needed to be plugged in. Looks like we are going to have to wear the cost of your mistake. I have left a message with ? Jan in the claims department but yet to hear. She may have rung Diana but I’m hoping she will contact me re this otherwise the move went smoothly thank you. Regards Amanda ph 0272468357
