Couple of Things to Remember
We didn't know we should have emptied water tray from fridge,, Didn't know fridge had one. & wasn't told we where ment to take tapes of washing machine sorry I think we made the boys a bit cross . We hadn't moved before.
Wonderful Packers
We found the packers and movers wonderful to deal with. The garage was burgled in the middle of the shift and they repacked and retapped the boxes without any fuss. And worked around the finger print guy. They were polite and kind and funny. Just perfect. We are hugely grateful.
Took Away the Hassle
Conroys take away the hassles when you use their full packing service. Best of all they come back when you are ready to collect all boxes and wrapping papers. A job well done. More than satisfied.
All Went Well
All went well from my perspective, especially as it was in Wellington and I am based in Auckland.
Hard Workers
The guys were very friendly and efficient in their work. Did everything we asked of them and were very hard working. A pleasure to have them working with us.

Goods Were Cared For
Very happy with Conroys Removals and all the people in their various roles, who moved my house/garage contents from to Brooklyn Wellington. Also impressed with how goods were cared for, and kept dry. Will definitely use Conroys Removals again and will recommend to others. Well done to those who delivered my goods to house, in rain! You are amazing and so cheerful. Thankyou everyone for a very positive experience.

Everything Arrived Safe and Intact
Excellent service from the packers with everything arriving safely and intact. Communication from despatch was good with regular updates on the whereabouts of the removal van. Delivery staff did an excellent job given the trying conditions on arrival that being pouring with rain and on a day when the tail end of Cyclone Gita hit Christchurch. I was very pleased that it had been agreed at Quotation to plastic wrap all my light coloured furniture at no extra cost. It would have been a disaster at offloading given the weather on the day.
Careful Packing
Excellent relocation for my mothers home contents. Careful packing. No damage at either end. Positive and hardworking staff at every step of the process. Thanks.
I Would have liked to have given your company 5 stars. The service at the Auckland end especially Henry, Moses and the rest of the team who delivered at Puhoi deserve 5 Stars.... they were polite and friendly... very effiecient and respectful of our belongings. But unfortunately we were disappointed with the packing at the Perth end....it was very random...there is somebody on your team who needs a bit more training...most of the boxes were picked well and travelled intacked..but there were a few boxes where items had just been thrown in without any care. I have photos of one in particular which contained a retro standard lamp and shade (shade was destroyed as no packing applied) and all other items in the same box were just thrown in...I was quite upset also about our beautiful antique dresser which was poorly packed and the legs were destroyed.... I did expect a few breakages and would have accepted the loss if the boxes all had been carefully packed....at the end of the day if we had had insurance we could’ve replaced some items but there were items that cannot be replaced. ...and if packing had been up to standard we would not be having this conversation. Anyway thanks to the boys at the Puhoi end they were terrific.
